1. Website operator

Forcefulmedia.com is a sponsored advertising and enquiry website managed by Joann Barnett, an employee of 108HOMES LTD. Joann Barnett manages the website and its advertising content on behalf of the company.

2. Advertising status

This website contains commercial advertising and general service information. It is not a government website, independent comparison service or official grant application portal.

References to government schemes, VAT or public guidance do not indicate government approval or endorsement.

3. Enquiries and contracts

Submitting the enquiry form asks us to review your information and contact you. It does not:

• create a purchase, installation or services contract;
• confirm a survey or installation date;
• confirm price, savings, performance or grant eligibility;
• authorise work or require payment.

Any binding agreement will be subject to separate written terms, an agreed scope of work and the required acceptance process.

4. Assessments and quotations

Information provided before a property assessment is preliminary. Equipment, installation requirements, electrical work, price, timescale, warranty and aftercare must be confirmed separately in writing.

Where certification or trade-body membership is required, the identity and current status of the responsible installer should be confirmed before entering into a contract. Company registration and SIC codes are not accreditation claims.

5. Grants and VAT

Government support is subject to current scheme rules, property suitability, applicant eligibility, installer requirements and approval. No grant is guaranteed by submitting an enquiry.

Current GOV.UK guidance states that eligible air source heat pump installations may receive support of up to £7,500 through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

Qualifying installations of specified energy-saving materials may receive zero-rate VAT treatment until 31 March 2027. The treatment of an individual supply depends on the work provided and the legislation in force at the time.
